I strongly recommend against using biz2credit. My business took one advance for about $200k and it went fine, then a second. When things do get rough you will find that they violate a lot of their own contract terms. Their reconciliation process is a joke. Due to my own customer paying extremely late my business had trouble for several months and was only able to make payroll and barely keep the lights on. According to biz2credt that was only enough of a reduction for a tiny tiny reduction in payment. Virtually insignificant. Their employees are also incapable of basic comprehension. At one point they were notified I was out of the office on military orders and unable to get to the phone or email most of the time. This didnt stop them from trying to call several times a day and escalating issues if they werent answered within an hour. Their own communication says to talk about the situation if you need assistance and they have ignored it for months. You can tell them you cant make payroll and they will continue to make threats and tell you the obligation was already reduced. Secondly, if you are a VA business like mine, huge portions of their contract are not incompliance with VA law covering MCAs specifically. I was made aware by the state attorney general of some of these and they asked for some information as they were looking into them, so proceed with caution. Examples are the "ball park" reconciliation i mentioned, as well as trying to force legal jurisdiction to be in other states outside of VA (explicitly prohibited for VA businesses).
I am writing to share feedback regarding my experience as a long-term customer with Biz2Credit. Over the years, I have maintained a strong payment history. Recently, due to financial challenges within my business, I fell behind and defaulted on my loan. During this difficult time, I have interacted with several members of your team. While I appreciate the efforts made by many, I would like to specifically recognize Yash Sharma for his exceptional support and professionalism. Yash has taken the time to understand my financial situation and has consistently worked with me to find realistic solutions that allow me to continue making payments. His communication is clear, respectful, and solution-oriented. Unlike others I have interacted with, he demonstrates genuine effort in helping clients navigate challenges rather than creating additional pressure. If it were not for Yash’s approach and willingness to help, I believe I would have struggled to make any payments at all. His professionalism and client-focused attitude make a significant difference, and I truly hope his approach can serve as a model for others within the organization. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I appreciate the opportunity to work toward resolving my account and value the support provided.
Open legal case against this company. Used this company twice before, both were terrible experiences. This time, they approached us with a special offer they said they got SPECIAL approval from their SENIOR UNDERWRITER. Mind you they told us they couldn't offer us anything 3 weeks ago when they asked us and we had told them no thank you already. Anyways, they said they got special approval from the senior underwriter. SENT OVER the contract to sign the contract was signed and THEN they said sorry, our underwriters said no? But I thought they got special approval from their senior underwriter? Our attorney said it was a clear breach of contract law and it's pretty much an open and shut case. If anyone else has had this similar problem I'd be more than happy to pass along our attorneys info. They will lie to obtain your Information to sell off to other companies. Don't do it!!
I had a really great experience with Biz2Credit. I inquired about a loan on a Thursday night. By Friday (the next week) I had the funds in my bank account! We did a fixed loan and while the rates are not THE BEST for quick capital it's about on par with what other quick funding capital providers are at (PayPal/Amazon/etc...). They did a digital site survey with us and remote notarizing which was really cool. Saved a lot of time and back/forth. The staff I worked with were VERY quick and VERY professional. Everything was just VERY smooth from A-Z. I know some folks had issues with them but it really depends on your credit score and what paperwork you have ready. We did a business loan for working capital so our mileage may vary from yours, however if you have your ducks in a row and your credit is good you should have ZERO issues, as we had ZERO issues. I would definitely work with this company again when we do our next level of capital funding. Again, high rates BUT it's designed to give you some quick capital. For us, the higher rates are worth it to give us instant capital to help get inventory in during our busy season. Over the course of the loan we're giving up a little profit so it's worth it. I ended up working with Himanshu & Mark J. Others have commented about them selling your information but yes, that's how these services work. When you submit your information to them they'll present to you an offer AND they'll have other 3rd parties who can present an offer to you. This is CLEARLY presented to you before you sign on. They clearly state your information will be provided to others. I don't personally like that BUT I agreed to it, so it was NOT a surprise when we had other lenders contacting us. Honestly we only had about 3 or 4 other lenders reach out to us so it wasn't a big deal.
This is the second time I have received a loan from Biz2credit! I have dealt with Paras both times and it was extremely smooth. He is professional honest and efficient. The whole process took 4 days! Thank you.
