Rules for useful, privacy-safe MCA discussions among brokers, lenders, merchants, and service providers.
Discuss the work, not private files
Share enough context to make a question useful, but never post applications, bank statements, Social Security numbers, account numbers, unredacted contracts, or other merchant PII.
Identity and conflicts
Use your real role label. Lender-domain verification is required for a verified-lender label. Disclose employment, referral, ownership, and compensation relationships relevant to a recommendation.
No manufactured consensus
Do not create fake people, undisclosed simulated conversations, coordinated reviews, or fabricated funding outcomes. Editorial examples are visibly labeled and excluded from community activity counts and search indexing.
Moderation
Members can report content. Lender List may hold or remove spam, doxxing, harassment, unsubstantiated accusations, unsafe advice, and attempts to route around privacy or verification controls.
