How to report incorrect lender criteria, contact details, reviews, logos, or guide content to Lender List.
What to report
Send the exact page URL, the field that is wrong, the corrected value, and a direct source such as an official guideline, company website, or lender-domain email.
How review works
Lender List checks identity, source quality, conflicts with existing records, and whether the change belongs to a lender-managed profile or independently sourced criteria.
What is not removed automatically
A claimed company cannot remove a truthful review, public source record, or unfavorable match result solely because it owns the page. Disputes and conflicts of interest are documented and reviewed.

Use the correction form on the relevant lender page or email [email protected]. Never send bank statements, Social Security numbers, account numbers, or merchant PII with a correction request.
