Rules for using the Lender List directory, tools, API, reviews, claims, and community.
Informational service
Directory criteria, matches, grades, calculations, reviews, and guides are informational. They are not approvals, offers, legal advice, financial advice, or commitments to fund. Confirm current terms directly with the lender.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape around rate limits, expose credentials, submit merchant PII, impersonate a company, manipulate reviews, send unsolicited files to lender intake addresses, or interfere with the service.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for your account and API key. You must have the right to submit content. Lender List may hold, label, reject, or remove content that is unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, irrelevant, or unsupported.
Availability and changes
Data sources and third-party services can change. Lender List may update functionality, criteria labels, rate limits, and these terms while preserving source history and clearly labeling material editorial changes.
