Privacy policy
What Lender List collects, why it is used, and the choices available to account holders and visitors.
Information collected
Public browsing and lender matching do not require merchant PII. Account, claim, API, correction, review, and community forms collect only the information identified on the form. Server security logs may record IP address, browser information, route, and time.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, manage claims and API keys, moderate submissions, send requested service notifications, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Lender List does not sell personal information.
Public and private fields
Review display names, approved review text, and community posts may be public. Email addresses, passwords, API keys, verification tokens, and moderation notes are not intentionally published. Do not submit bank statements, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or merchant PII.
