LennoxI was shopping at Promenades St-Bruno in Montarville with my partner when two guys approached us. They said they worked in marketing and were doing a project analyzing Google reviews. They explained that we had to write positive comments about the company's work and that they would have them removed within two weeks of our conversation. But more than a month later, I see that my comment still hasn't been removed, and I even got a nice reply from the owner, which has absolutely nothing to do with market analysis, hahaha… Since I'm also studying marketing, it made me want to help them. I also noticed that several other short messages appeared at the same time, from other people at Promenades. I later realized that a company CANNOT just delete comments like that… Obviously, it was just a trick to get better reviews. I think it's dishonest. All the messages from about a month ago, with the same kind of response from the owner, are fake. I've obviously changed my old review to this one. I'm really not in the habit of bashing small businesses, quite the opposite, but it's really low to do this. I hope other people will recognize themselves in this. I'll politely change my rating and comment if the owner responds with his side of the story...
