Charles MaiI have been looking for an online business checking account for a while. And I received the Kabbage information because I am a American Express customer. It was easy to open the account. It is a great product, but… 1) It is very difficult to set up direct deposit to receive fund. It provides only your account number and routing. I have to google the bank address and phone number (I found out it is green dot bank). It was confusing. I am able to set up most of that but some will not accept the information. 2) Mobile deposit - it takes a few business days to get the deposits into your account (many banks do this almost instantly); 3) The phone app is horrible. I could not use my iPhone fingerprint to open. I have to use my AM Exp credential to sign in. 4) The account indicates my link bank accounts have problems but in fact there is none; 5) A few days ago, I logged into my account and found out it has been locked. I called a rep, and he could not unlocked. Then he created a ticket. I just logged into and it is still locked after a few business day. No access to my fund and could not use my debit card.
