I do not recommend Kapitus. They have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced when a customer actually needs help. They claim to offer payment assistance if your business is going through a slowdown, but that has not been my experience at all. Instead, they keep you waiting, asking for document after document. Every time you provide exactly what they requested, they come back asking for something else, which only delays the process. It feels like they are intentionally dragging things out instead of trying to help their customers. On top of that, their fees and financing costs are extremely high. When times are good, they're happy to collect payments, but when your business experiences a temporary decline in sales and you genuinely need assistance, they don't seem interested in finding a solution. There are many lenders out there. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before doing business with Kapitus.

I was contacted by Kapitus about business funding / working capital options. After speaking with a representative, the call was handled very unprofessionally and ended with the representative hanging up on me. Because of that experience, I will not be doing business with this company. I also requested that they stop contacting me unless it is a manager. For a company offering financial services to business owners, I expected better communication and professionalism.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before applying with this company. My experience was extremely disappointing, mainly due to poor communication and lack of professionalism. While I was being encouraged to apply, I received constant calls, texts, and emails from the loan officer. However, once I submitted my application, the communication completely stopped. After several weeks of trying to follow up with no response, I finally received a generic email stating that my application was denied—without any explanation or courtesy follow-up. To be clear, my concern is not about the denial itself, but about how the process was handled. The lack of transparency and respect for customers is unacceptable. I recommend doing your research and reading reviews before deciding to work with this company. Be aware.

Jordan Reed is the point of contact for my company. The whole team made the process quick and easy for Deru’s Glass Works. The line of credit is needed when you need to wait 60 to 90 days to be paid.
