David has always been direct, straightforward and honest. He doesn’t chase or push just to get a deal, he’s taken the time to go over our options and makes sure what we sign is a good move for us. We appreciate how LG has helped us through our moments!

They are about putting you in debt and not doing what they say. I was told in December that they could help on long-term loan in February, when Feb can they asked for 4 more weeks and Kevin stated that, I'll give you a short term loan till then, if you pay it off in March when we do long term, you would get a big discount. March came around and I called, got his associate, Kevin said he would call back, we'll he will call back was 4 times. It looked.to me as if was purposely getting me past that date to reduction in the loan. The next week he text me on Sunday asking if I was avaliable. I said.yes, I text him after 4 hours and he said it's Sunday, I call you, he did after 4 more hours. At that time I had already text him that I was stopping payments, he called and stated he didn't care about my payment to rapid funding but I need to pay LG, he claims to own it. I agreed , he said he would call by 1130, he didn't, then I get a text about 2 with a pic.of my latest bank statement, from a unknown number, with a similar name as the earlier.text. not to mention he stated I know who you customers are and we will go after them for your money. I will pay them, but will never deal with them again. Please pass this on, and remember the Owner did all this, they are pushing me into bankruptcy.

Recently I had a situation where I needed capital and really did not have a lot of options. At the time I got a lot of denials and people who would not talk with me. LG treated me with respect and gave me the funding I needed to get past the issue I had put myself into. I just paid off my last payment and feel really lucky to have been given one last chance that I needed to get my books in order. I am very grateful for all LG did for me. If you are in need of someone to give you help talk with them. I have been in the restaurant business for over 10 years and have worked with several lenders. The best of them all, by far, is LG Funding. Not only are their programs very affordable and reasonable, they don't employ the strong arm sales tactics that many in this business use. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have taken out funds with LG and, needless to say, if the situation arises again we will come back to LG. On an even sweeter note, as soon as we were finished signing our newest contract, Hurricane Helene devastated our area and our restaurant was closed for 5 days. I immediately contacted my account manager, JJ, and told him of our situation and asked if we could delay the payment that was supposed to come out just three days later (I emailed him after 5 on a Friday and the funds were supposed to be debited that Monday). Quite frankly, I didn't expect him to be able to do anything given the late notice I was giving him. But I was wrong. JJ said he understood and that he would delay the payment until the next week with no penalties or late fees. This is exactly the kind of personal attention that keeps me coming back to JJ and LG Funding. Quite a difference from a recent broker who called all of us seeking funds "cattle."

JJ with LG Funding has the most amazing customer service as well as the company as a whole. From how friendly they are to how responsive they are, the have been a blessing to work alongside of. They take pride in their work & serving their customers. They are always willing to help & trylu know their stuff. JJ goes above & beyond for his clients & we cannot thank him enough. The has been the easiest & best experience with this company. 10 out of 10 recommend!
