Lender-provided guidelines: B/C paper in 1st–4th position, with best pricing generally in 2nd–3rd position. Minimum monthly revenue is $30,000 and maximum term is 12 months. Construction is considered only in 2nd position or later with at least $100,000 in monthly deposits. All 50 states are considered, including Texas and California. The lender avoids previous defaults, declining revenue, consistently low balances, excessive NSFs, fraudulent documents, and undisclosed debt.
